Now I can place my website on my business card :D though I am thinking of buying my own domain, aka pay 10$ a year ( a YEAR! Oh my god :O ) and just have like...stephaniereport.com...or net. I like .net... anyway what you think? should I? it is cheap I like cheap. Less money to spend and more to place on bill! :D comment please I like to have other people opinion thanks!

Report 61, easy plotting
So I've been working on Lesson 8 of How To Think Sideways. Basically I take the idea of the story (Black cat project)I've been expanding from lesson 3 to 7 and write the plot card of the number of scene I need for the story. My story have 60 scene 1500 word per scene for a total of 90k word story. I was so sure that I would have a hard time doing that lesson because 60 scene is a lot but anyway I want to school an hour early and decided to work a bit on it, feeling like I was only able to fill out like...5 scene. The only scenes I knew of.
But my muse blew me away! I started alright but I end up with 38 scene. There is things I didn't know about the plot or the story. Things I would not figure out of my characters. It was mind blowing. But now my muse is at rest and wont continue for the next few days. With the 22 scene left I need to bring my story to the end. But I know there is a few scene missing from the beginning. So from the mini story plot class I took ( another class from Holly Lisle with HTTS but free I recommended) there is a lesson about filling the blank with good scene not like padding work. SO when I have at least my ending I will use the rest of my scenes left to pad up the missing plot with good scene.
Now I receive Lesson 9 today and I read through it. And I'm a bit nervous about it since in that lesson we start writing the story now, I knew it was coming but I had hope that I could skip the writing part for a while until I'm done the Villain project, but I can't skip it. The only thing I can do is make sure all the outline of how I will write it, what character POV in what scenes then its the writing part.
I guess it wont be to bad, but I really want to at least finish the villain story ( and find a better title!!) before June like that I get the free paper back of the story and I use it to revise it. And already I know I will need a lot of revision. If I could have waited a bit to get my latest lesson, I know the story would have been much better, but I couldn't wait, now I'm just trying to apply what I learn as I go.
If I finish the Black cat project first. I will use that one for the free copy, and find a better title again. What kind of cover could I get? There is so many character and plot points. I'm thinking of drawing a really important scene that picture the book well and plop that as the cover. Just like the book I recently read. Its "the Rise of Renegade X" by Chelsea M. Campbell (also recommended) the cover was the main character on top of the tallest building ready to jump down. Now when you read the book you know that this scene is very important for the main character is afraid of heights and to save his friend and love one he was ordered to jump down the building.
I want something like that, something meaningful. For my Villain project, I was picturing my two main character running while the villain in the back are shooting at them.Yet again it is a scene that I plan for the story.
We will see in that time to come, I still have to find the title for it haha XD

Report 60 the magic of Wii-Fit
I'm still waiting to know if it be a good idea for me to change my blog name to be more professional. Also I was able to figure out how to place pages. It was in the middle of my face all along D: Now when I mantion certain project you will know what I am talking about. Also a about me where I ask my friend to take a picture of me. I was expecting you know me just standing and her take a few quick pictures but nop! She install a whole mini photographic studio that she usually place to take professional picture to show off her plushies and too some pictures of me.
We did took some front on picture of me, but it was so...normal. I decided to take something more... fun to look at. Like that that picture represent my personality a bit.... a bit >.> The only page I need to work on now is the resume tab and I be done. I just want to work on it a bit more before posting it.
I have various things to say today.
1. I pre-order white yesterday! :D My friend had to go to staples to print some art for her portfolio and EBGames is just next to it, so we brave the snowstorm and when to the mall XD Now I'm soo excited!
2.I got my student loan and I will be able to re-pay my credits! I have more money this year now that they re-calculated that ho hey my mom doesn't work anymore and she was the money maker at my parent place. When I told my friend how happy I was for having 3000 buck that I was able to pay my last school tuition and pay my bills she just look at me with wide and and said:
"That's it? You only have that?"
Then I remembered that I should have more then that... But because I receive 1000 in bursary every year they don't give me a lot of loan. My friend alwasy have more loan and she's always piss because they keep giving her more money and less for me and she just want them to take some of her money to me XD kinda. Now she will need all that money more then me next year.
ANYWAY Thats not the point. On the 6 I was doing my usually 30 hour to 1 hour of wii fit like usually when my friend who was on her computer, watching me ask if she could tried. She already had the mii character and started might as well. I said sure why not.When I was done I give the remote to her and when to my room for the daily word count on my novel. I laugh cause I just could hear her giggle or complain at some part.
When she was done we talk for a while before she when and took a shower. I was able to finish my word count and was working away on making my blog look awesome when she burst out of the bathroom, towel on the head saying:
"STEPH I GONNA BE A MILLIONAIRE I LOVE THE WII-FIT!"
I just look at her with a blank face before going " say whaaaa?" and then she explain to me that while in the shower she had all those ideas running in her head and one was mostly what will she do to have money as a seamstress. And then that super awesome idea pop out in her head that I will not mention because it is super awesome, and it is actually posible, lots of work but she be rich from that. There is something similar already out there but really bad marketed and represent.
She told me that when she be a millionaire she was going to give me half the share XD I said no cause I was going to be rich too. And then we were goofing off on how we would trade off a million dollar each in a Tim Horton. Then she told me that I should mark the calendar " Elise got an awesome idea and will become a millionaire" I did but you know on some calendar they mark on the end of the lil square what kind of holiday it is on certain day? yeah on the 6 was epiphany day.
So she had a epiphany in the shower thanks to the wii-fit because she was more awake and energize. Now she is doing wii fit everyday for like 10-30 min XD It was a amazing day that time.
Except from that awesome story, my novel is doing great, I can pop up 1000 word with no effort I love this. I am working on the lesson of HTTS and I'm re-reading lesson 4 and 5 before I can finally go on lesson 6. I am using the black cat project to go through the lesson, and I have notice that I have more idea flowing in my head when I work with a green ink pen. I understand the lesson better when I write with a green ink pen! So I took all the green pen I have ( 4!) and place them always at reach to write.
that's all for me now, ho way no I lied, on some of my earliest report 1-20+ I "edit" them, mostly on the end of the report I place the recent date and write my opinion and what really happen or that I wasn't going to edit my mistake because it show my progress of writing better and god was I childish before! I change so much in the past 2 years its unbelievable. Yes I still talk about pokemon now an then, but that's a given I am a game designer in progress so talking about games and studying them is part of my job. It just happen that I really like pokemon XD
now time to eat and work on lesson 4 before homework time

Report 59 changing name? maybe?
I've been thinking ( like a minute ago) to change the name of this blog to a more professional name... AKA my name, like that I wont loose the two years of me on this blog and all my reports, there is a lot I wish I want to change in my blog to make it possible for me to use it as my writer/ game designer pro website but I have no idea how things work... I didn't learn web programming yet anyway but I will learn HTML5 this term :D
But I want to have like links from other page of the blog of my current project, videos of my games, about me, contact me and all that jazz but when I tried a few months ago I couldn't figure out how to make it work. Or how it work, if someone know please tell me in a comment, I would love it so much.You can call me a noob as much as you want but hey I don't mind, everyone is a noob in one section of their life, and me I have a lot XD
so anyway I started my what 5 term? and I have two class I can't wait to start:
And in the same time it give me more freedom to write small amount a day, I still write 1000 word, I find it comes more naturally then when I was doing NaNo oddly. Probably because I love my story and I am more excited to write every scene, I don't hesitate much, I still do but thats because I have a hard time describing some emotion from character I will have to do a loot of revision.
When my student loan comes in I have a lot of books I want to buy ( and re-buy) to use as " study-as-how-to-write-awesome-character-novel" Right now I oddly have the first of harry potter in my list now. I started to read it again, one because it was the closest book at reach and two I nee to read when I have a panic attack and while reading it I notice that I have the same writing style... A bit, there is things I do that J.K Rowling did in the first book so I want to studies it a bit more on how she describe certain emotion on characters, since like I state earlier that's what I'm having a hard time with right now.
I also have the first book of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I love that series and one of my idea I see it being a first person point of view but I'm having a hard time writing it... the only time I don't is when I'm writing as myself, but as another character, I had a hard time. Kinda funny since long time ago that was the only way I could write in first person POV, I guess it differ now since I stop reading first person much. I have a old notebook with a story in it and its in first POV and I really like that style but I stop writing for a year after that story and lost it. I will try to get it back.Some day...
Okay back to school related things I guess. I also have career planning which will be more on how to make a CV for different job, related industry interview and a draft of our portfolio, next term we will apply the draft as a real website, I have a great idea for my student website to represent me. Which will mean a lot of paper, doodles and plaster ( bind-aid... french people call it plaster when translating. Still have a hard time saying bind-aid... Its so... odd) cause I have a lot of cuts from paper and it burns XD
I also have a network class where I program my own network kind of thing... like a chat room I will program a chat room. I have another class I don't remember the title off my head right now but I know its something similar to project management, I will be in group and produce a game.
Guess that's all for the school part. I have other news! which is old for probably most of you but Pokemon black and white is coming out the march 6! :D I am pre-ordering white next week. I soo can't wait but that's not all! The other game I wanted Monster tale is out in march also! AND THE 3DS TOO!! :D I don't know what to do anymore I now I am not getting the 3DS right away. I will wait a bit in case that there is some bug in that version I will get the next version or something. I will get Pokemon white no mater what that's for sure! But due to being strict on finence I may only get Monster Tale a bit later too when the price be lower... maybe >.>

And my scene doesn't even match what I got.
My scene was a black cat looking through a window leaves falling. You could see that it was fall since the color of the leaves where red and yellow. Now I still have a black cat but he is running for his life to find a cure to save his owner while the wife is protecting the shop from being taken away from bad guys. The cat part sounds more interesting and I know I will focus more on him... I name him Sir William McKitten :D he is base on my sister cat

and his arch enemy is Pixie LadyCat, my cat XD she is soo evil haha.

The wife name is Terra Anderson and I laugh because one of my teachers two years ago is name Tara Audibert really close but comeplately different personality. I also have two dog german sheperd name Phil and Tuk, their Terra body Guard since she was in a ex abuse relationship so her selfestime is really low and she doesn't trust men much. How she becaume the wife of the black cat owner? simple the men is dieing, that's how William bribe her.
When I get a separate page work on I will have a better summery in current/ up coming project.

Report 58, Happy new year!
Happy new year everyone!
I remember in august I made this list of thing I wanted to do for 2011 and its incredible on how one or two events can just make that list scratch and be thrown away easily. I remember I had so many things in there that I was like : how am I going to achieve this? I only set fake goals and didn't even think how I could achieve it. So last night I though of what could be my resolution for this year. I have two for now and I think its the biggest and what I really need and want.
How to think sideways course help me a lot to see this, how to make a real goal and write it that I can actually do it and hold it. I mean even if its only the 4 day of using Wii fit, I felt a difference on the second day and Its really fun so I know I will continue until I reach the goal I set in there
...
okay now I'm playing monster Galaxy on facebook so I probably wont be able to say more since I just capture like 4 monsters and its rare to be able to do that.Its like pokemon! I love pokemon I want to captcher them all muhahahaha... It wont last long I usually only play for like...an hour after that eat, wii fit and write!!

- go on Wii Fit for an hour everyday to get in shape, gain weight and get a better posture. It will help me a lot for I wont have back and shoulder pain anymore ( can already see the difference) I'm way underweight for my age and height and most of my work is always sitting down, I need to work out to be in shape mostly focusing on my leg since they are the part of my body that's weaker.
- write 1000 word on my novel daily. I have a aim of 1500 word per day to be able to finish my first draft in time for the free paperback copy I won from NaNo but I know someday it will be hard since I'm still in college and its my last year, even if I know I can do it. But now I don't just have college in the way I have my work out but I already have that in mind. Starting today ( I start the work out last Wednesday XD) I will write 1000 word per day on the first draft of my 120,000 word novel.
